Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

Standard shipping is complimentary on every order within the United States and arrives in 5–8 business days. Express shipping is $12.00 and arrives in 2–3 business days. Priority overnight shipping is $28.00 and arrives the next business day when ordered before 12pm ET.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or address verification.

International shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and delivery typically takes 8–16 business days. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the prices shown at checkout.

In-transit tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Missing, lost, or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@soleviafashion.shop with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and photograph the item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are unable to reroute a package after it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping charge.
